Having specific issues, aches, or pains? A therapeutic massage addresses them using medium to firm pressure, and is our most requested service. 

Adding an additional 30 minutes to the therapeutic service enables our therapists to perform a full body massage without sacrificing any of the details that our clients have come to love. 

Two hours enables us to do the most detailed work available. From breaking up knots, to targeted stretching, this package is fully customized on site that best fits your needs . The health benefits not only include the same as Swedish, but vary accordingly to the work that is done. A few examples would be; increased range of motion of limbs, reduction of built up scar tissue, and can even help muscle related postural deviations. 

This service is focused on the removal of knots that form from stress or overworked muscles/fascia. While intense, this type of body work can greatly help people who suffer from chronic pain and hypertension & many more benefits.

A longer deep tissue session means that more areas of concern may be addressed  using elbows, knuckles, forearms & thumbs to get those knots out of the muscles.

Deep tissue massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate immediate pain, as well as chronic joint and muscle pain. 2 hour massage a lot more time to focus on your specific needs.

The bottom of our feet have nerve endings that connect to our whole body systems. Pressing down on certain pressure points will help detox your whole body. With the 30 minute service your feet will be wrapped in a warm towel, then after we will use our foot cream to start your foot massage.  A 50 minute service you will receive a warm foot soak, then after drying off we will use our peppermint foot cream to start your with your foot massage service..  

A prenatal massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. Since your body is going through a dramatic change, this massage will help your muscles and joints, it will also improve circulation and it will help relieve any discomfort you may be having. Our massage table has a round hole that will fit your belly, it will allow you to lay comfortably face down. Since we are helping detoxify your body, you must be 12 weeks into your pregnancy in order to receive this massage.

A couples massage is perfect if you are celebrating an Anniversary, Birthday or having date night. This is a shared experience between you and your significant other or family member or friend.. You will be in the same room together, but on two separate massage tables and your massage will be performed by two massage therapist. This includes Swedish, Therapeutic , Deep Tissue or combination customized to you needs

Enhance to your massage experience with Hot Stones that will be used as massage tools as well a  being temporarily left in place. Hot stones can be quite soothing and relaxing as they transmit heat deep into the muscles of your body.

Enhance your massage experience with silicone cupping that helps improve flow of your lymphatic system and helps flush out any toxins that are in your body. This is a medium - firm pressure massage and it's good for breaking up adhesion muscular congestion. Great for 6 months Post lipo Surgery.
